i am thankful for... longer daylight hours

i am wearing... black jeans, thermal shirt & Birkenstocks

i am going...  grocery shopping

i am currently reading... "A Very Stable Genius," by Phil Rucker & Carol Leonnig

i am hoping... that Punxsutawney Phil forecasts an early spring

on my mind... gas @ $2.84/gallon, milk @ $4.05/gallon, butter @ $2.99/lb

marinara sauce, sweet italian sausage & meatballs

a ham hock & pkg of 15 beans for a pot of soup

around the house... firewood stacked by the woodstove

winter coats & boots by the door

yep, it's still winter *sigh*

one of my favorite things...  watching the woodpeckers vociferously attack a new suet cake lol
