outside my window... 60F & partly cloudy

i am thinking... that I am enjoying the longer days, 

thanks to Daylight Saving Time

i am thankful for... Cadbury Eggs and
TastyKakes Coconut Hippity Hops *yum*

i am wearing... blue jeans, a thermal shirt & my Birkie Slippers

i am going... grocery shopping again lol for the remaining ingredients needed

for my Easter baked goods, as I totally forgot to buy yeast and flour

i am currently reading...  the new edition of 'Milk Street'

i am hoping... to make tarts with the Lemon Curd in the refrigerator

one of my favorite things...  signs of Spring, my woodchuck finally emerged from

hibernation, and wandered out from the barn *click*

i'm creating... the April challenges @ The Lilypad

a few plans for the week...  make shrimp pasta salad, bake a ham,

and then the Easter Babkas, as well as our traditional Easter Cake, and

hopefully there will still be enough Lemon Tarts left to share :)
